A SUMMARY OF THE COMPANY:
In order to participate in the activities related to exploration for Oil and Gas in the country the Ahmed Amin Group has established this company NGHSL. The liberalization process initiated by the government has encouraged the international oil companies to participate in E & P activities to augment hydrocarbon reserve base. Keeping this scenario in view, the NGHSL, thus created in 2003, as the first private company in oil and gas sector in Bangladesh to help the E & P companies in providing all types of technical and managerial support services employing inhouse and foreign expertise as well as offering advice on how best to exploit gas resources for the benefit of the country. The NGHSL is staffed with a group of experienced executives and technocrats who have decades of experience in the energy sector and had made major contributions towards the initial growth of Petrobangla by discovering oil and gas and strengthening several disciplines of geosciences for basin evaluation and prospect generations employing geophysics and geochemistry followed by successful exploration drilling with commercial discoveries.
The mission of this newly established company is to assist E & P companies to find more oil and gas in the sedimentary basins including Continental shelf and Hingezone.
